  1. Cliente Amazon

  2. silvia ronchi

One of the Stephen’s best novel
Letto numerose volte in italiano l’ho voluto leggere anche in inglese. Bellissimo.

  3. Amazon Customer

    Strano, fantasioso, molto originale, fantastico!
Attraente. Scrittura ricca e elaborata. Adatto a chi vuole arricchire il proprio vocabolario.

  4. And

    Go West, young man
Epico in alcune parti, doloroso in altre. La citazione: “I don’t promise you no cakewalk. I don’t promise you success. Don’t promise that you’ll come back alive, or if you do, that you’ll come back with your mind still bolted together.”What can a son do to save his dying mother?Go on a long, lonely journey, and face monsters. Monsters that live in a fantastic world, the Territories, which is like ours but also very different, and also those who walk on our earth; because not all the monsters that are in America come from the Territories.Epic in some parts, heartbreaking in others. The protagonist, Jack, is twelve year old but so many are the sufferings to which he is subjected that I would not recommend the book as a reading for his peers. What I liked least about the novel is the slowness. It’s not because you’re writing an odyssey of hundreds of pages that you have to slow it down so much: it takes ten pages to Jack to buy a burger!”I don’t promise you no cakewalk. I don’t promise you success. Don’t promise that you’ll come back alive, or if you do, that you’ll come back with your mind still bolted together.”

  5. Cool Nana

I thought it was a hard cover for $18 dollars. Book is great

  6. Ginny Brown (Virginia)

I have read this book 3 times over the past 30 years. It is a long saga filled with amazing characters and wonderful, richly-drawn settings. This is not a horror story, but rather a story of love and redemption set in a magical parallel world, but one that we can easily relate to. The characters leap off of the page – bad guys, good guys, lovable creatures – they are all so memorable. All this wrapped up with a happy ending! Who could ask for more from Stephen King?

  7. CRSH

Read this book many many years ago and reread it lately, still a brilliant story, time well spent.

  8. Theresa

I read this years ago but had to replace it because my dog chewed it up! This and The Stand are my favorite Stephen King books.

  9. James…

good book and in perfect condition, keep up the good service as I expect nothing less
