I very much enjoy Stephanie Meyer’s books, having read all of them except this one. About a third of the way through, I almost stopped reading because I found it too slow for my taste. I even wrote a three-star review before deciding to give it another chance. And I’m glad I did, because the storyline began to pick up speed and didn’t stop until the end of the last sentence.Sometimes it’s well worth giving a book with a slow start a chance to blossom, because the end can be well worth the wait!
